Here it is. Way more acceptable, in terms of design, than the present generation. The designer is still Chris Bangle but this time he draw the 7 series under the whip of Munich masters. No more screw-ups. The result? A quite boring and conventional looking 7 series, but than again, this is what the targeted consumer for this car is looking for.
Like always, it will be a case of screaming technology on four wheals. For instance the new night vision. This cat eye will detect any pedestrians that are in front of the car and also the ones that are not on the side walk and also will warn you, visually and acoustically, when you not adapt your speed for rain or fog. It can also read the road signs, hmm… The IDrive is revisted and made more user friendly.
As for engines, this Bavarian Teuton will be powerd by the same twin-turbo V8 found in the X6 ( the base model), while the up-level model will use a twin-turbo V12. Four-wheel steering will be included on the 7-series option “menu” and also a new eight-speed transmission.
